Methodik
Die Anwendung trennt SOURCE_FACT, NORMALIZED_FACT, DERIVED_FACT, STATISTICAL_RESULT sowie explorative Kandidaten. Vergleichbarkeit wird vor Arithmetik geprüft.
Paar- und Kohortenvergleiche prüfen Einheit, Währung, Reporting-Regime, semantische Fingerprints und Abhängigkeiten. Robuste Statistik wird nur für exakt vergleichbare, hinreichend große und dependency-bereinigte Kohorten freigegeben.
Zeitreihen berücksichtigen explizite Semantikentscheidungen, Restatements und Quellenversionen. DISCOVER bleibt explorativ; Rankings und autonome Hypothesen bleiben geschlossen.
Einordnung: Die Anwendung stellt quellengestützte Analyse und Information bereit. Sie erhebt keine persönlichen Anlageziele oder finanziellen Verhältnisse und gibt keine individualisierten Kauf-, Verkaufs-, Anlage- oder Versicherungsentscheidungen aus.
Öffentlicher Analysebereich
Der öffentliche Analysebereich ist eine statische, read-only Projektion geprüfter Analysefälle. Er ruft keine lokale Runtime und keine öffentliche Analyse-API auf, schreibt keine Daten und speichert keine Nutzereingaben. Veröffentlicht werden nur kuratierte Fallzusammenfassungen, Hypothesenstatus, Testpläne bzw. Testergebnisse, eigene deterministische Berechnungen und Audit-Hashes.
Statussemantik: SUPPORTED bedeutet ausschließlich, dass die eng formulierte Hypothese innerhalb des dokumentierten Test- und Reviewpfads gestützt wurde. Der Status ist kein Rating, keine Bonitäts- oder Risikoeinschätzung, keine Feststellung von Fehlverhalten und keine Anlageempfehlung. UNTESTED bleibt offen; PASS gilt nur für den konkret bezeichneten Test.
Quellenrechte: Die Projektion vervielfältigt keine fremden Reportseiten, Tabellen, Grafiken, Logos oder längeren Textpassagen. Sie zeigt eigene Zusammenfassungen, einzelne Tatsachenwerte, eigene Berechnungen, bibliografische Quellenidentifikation und Hash-/Auditmetadaten. EBA-Material wird als EBA-Quelle kenntlich gemacht. Beim SCOR-Fall werden keine SCOR-Reportseiten oder -grafiken reproduziert und in diesem öffentlichen Bereich bewusst keine neuen SCOR-Direktlinks ausgegeben.
Synthetic: Der synthetische Testfall ist ausdrücklich als künstliche technische Demo gekennzeichnet und darf nicht als Aussage über ein reales Unternehmen, eine reale Person oder eine reale Quelle gelesen werden.
Methodology
The application separates SOURCE_FACT, NORMALIZED_FACT, DERIVED_FACT, STATISTICAL_RESULT and exploratory candidates. Comparability is checked before arithmetic.
Pair and cohort comparisons check unit, currency, reporting regime, semantic fingerprints and dependencies. Robust statistics are authorized only for exactly comparable, sufficiently large and dependency-clean cohorts.
Time series preserve explicit semantic decisions, restatements and source versions. DISCOVER remains exploratory; ranking and autonomous hypotheses remain closed.
Scope: The application provides source-bound analysis and information. It does not collect personal investment objectives or financial circumstances and does not issue individualized buy, sell, investment or insurance decisions.
Public analysis area
The public analysis area is a static, read-only projection of reviewed analysis cases. It calls neither the local runtime nor a public analysis API, writes no data and stores no user input. Only curated case summaries, hypothesis status, test plans/results, our own deterministic calculations and audit hashes are published.
Status semantics: SUPPORTED means only that the narrowly worded hypothesis was supported within the documented test and review path. It is not a rating, creditworthiness or risk assessment, misconduct finding or investment recommendation. UNTESTED remains open; PASS applies only to the specifically identified test.
Source rights: The projection reproduces no third-party report pages, tables, graphics, logos or lengthy passages. It displays our own summaries, isolated factual values, our own calculations, bibliographic source identification and hash/audit metadata. EBA is acknowledged as source where applicable. For the SCOR case, no SCOR report pages or graphics are reproduced and this public area deliberately emits no new direct SCOR links.
Synthetic: The synthetic test case is explicitly labelled as an artificial technical demo and must not be read as a statement about a real company, person or source.
